Yo. Yes, The Silmarillia. It's a magic track. I'm no professional in reviews but let me say this one is certainly good for when you want to hear something different. Such a chillin' track. First time I heard it I only had it playing softly in the background. Then at the four minute mark the flutes kicked in and it certainly destracted me from what I was doing and I turned up the volume!! ...Track finishes, I repeat it. It's truely something special!!

The silmarillia is the beginning of trance for me. One of the first trance i heard as far as i can remember. (i'm 17). Now i can't get throught the day without listening trance. The silmarillia is a real classic which gets a lot of extra attention because it's released on a remix vinyl now. And Carlos deserved it.

this is and will remain one of my alltime favourites :=)
I remember the time it came out, I was looking for more songs and other info about 'Carlos', but I 'only' found some other mp3's like 'Down Under Water' (very nice too !) or Rushin .
But the best is, I felt in love with the music of one of our (todays) Gods, without even knowing it for a long time. Only some monthes ago, by chance, I found out who was behind the 'Carlos' Project. Of course, the same DJ who brought me to 'Holland Trance'. And 'The Silmarilia' was also one of his first productions :)
You all know who it is : ijts ... ;)

With all this remixes of this this track is definately loosing his "original" value IMO, I bet it will become commercial too later on, what a shame of such an awsome track
